the champagne i received at arrival was nice. the lavender pillows really helped me sleep well. there was also a complimentary fruit platter i did enjoy. breakfast manager george always greeted me personally, and he made sure i had everything i needed.

the hotel has a lovely location. it is great for a walk along the promenade. the hotel is really near many restaurants. the beach is a short walk away. i will go back.

a mixed bag. some things were ok, others... not so much
stained curtainsmissing napkins
The room was... fine, i guess. but definitely not super clean. i noticed some crumbs and what looked like old stains on the curtains. it wasn't the end of the world, but it wasn't exactly a pristine experience either. also, i really needed some napkins in the room! i mean, come on, it's a hotel. Small thing, but really annoying.

Breakfast offers adequate variety, it had selections to satisfy diverse palates.
I encountered several issues . Crumbs were present in the room, it indicated insufficient cleaning. Curtains had noticeable stains and damaged the overall impression.
